What are some fun games to play with kids while babysitting?

During the week, I baby sit a girl at her house, but 7 other kids come over too, and I babysit them all along with a friend from 8am to 4pm.

All of them range between the ages of 4-6.

What are some fun game ideas that we could play that we don't have to buy, but we can just play?

Like hide and seek, musical chairs, tag, exetra.

Thanks!! [:What are some fun games to play with kids while babysitting?
I've got 5 kids at home daily during the summer... SAHM, ages 9, 7, 5, 3, and 1. (Four oldest are steps!) Some of the things my kids love to do are: Swim (when it's warm enough), walk to the post office/bank/gas station, build simple things, color and make other cute crafts (I'm super crafty and they love to create things!), anything with bubbles, color with sidewalk chalk, play "school" or other make-believe games, go to the park, and lots more. When the weather is bad or we go somewhere like the dr's office, they like to play "Dead Man". I know, it sounds awful... haha... they lay on the floor and pretend they are "dead", not moving, talking, etc. The last one still "dead" wins, usually a piece of candy or sometimes just bragging rights. Keeps them good and quiet for a good 10+ minutes and I'm not really sure WHY they love it, but they do! I hope these help you out!
I always play this game in the front yard with the 'active' kids

we take regular dish clothes and tuck them into our pants and shorts.. and we play flags! the kids love it. You say half of you on this side half on that side.. if you cross this line (I usually use the garden hose or anything will do) then you are in the enemy terroritory. Then you are vulnerable of having your flagged ripped out of your pant by your enemy. Put one ball on one side and another on the other to give the reason to cross over. Once one team gets the ball and brings it back without having their flag taken then that team gets a point and you restart.

if your flag is ripped out then you have to sit out. Its fun and fun watching the little kids dodge eachother :DWhat are some fun games to play with kids while babysitting?
They would probably do anything! When I babysit we go outside and explore and they love it. They like to catch bugs and put them in their little bug keeping things. We also go for walks. Some games you could play would be maybe make like a little talent show or something. Or have a scavenger hunt? I don't know what the kid's you babysit are into but that's what I do with kid's I babysit:)

Good Luck!!
Hide and seek is always fun. Tag may be kinda hard to play inside the house, try some board or card games for younger kids. Check out Target or Wal-Mart for games or even interactive games. Always remember to look at the ages printed on the box that the game is in. Have fun and enjoy! What are some fun games to play with kids while babysitting?
