If it's nice and sunny, you should buy some inexpensive water guns and let the kids have at it.
There's also the classics: tug-o-war, Red Rover, tag, Hide and Seek, races, et cetera. Putting a twist on these games could be great fun! Blindfold the seeker, tug-o-war with only one hand or leg, racing in a specific way (leapfrog!); the possibilities are endless! Some may be "kid" games, but they can still be really fun for teenagers, too!
And if you're comfortable with it, a twisted game of truth or dare. If someone chickens out of a dare or truth, they have to be subjected to a bombardment of water by balloons or gun!
Musical chairs could be fun too! When someone's out, the birthday boy/girl gets to pie them in the face! Play music that the kids like! (An inexpensive "pie" could just be an aluminum pie tin filled with whipped cream.)
^-^ Well, that's all I got. I hope it helps! Wish the birthday girl/boy a happy birthday!Having an outdoor party at our home this sat. i need a few fun games for a boy/girl party for my 13 yr. old?

maybe set up a volleyball net, everyone likes to play that.
also, those bean bag toss things are fun.
or you could get some disc golf baskets that you set up in your lawn.
i would go to target or whatever store and in the outdoor activity aisle they always have a bunch of cool stuff that you can set up at home that kids or teens would enjoy.
honey do you love me
this is a great game for a boy/girl party esspesially because you are asking the opposite gender if they love you...haha. here is how you play
Players form a circle with one player in the middle (it). The middle person must approach players in the circle and ask, "Honey, do you love me?" The person being questioned must answer, "Honey, I love you but I just can't smile." If s/he does smile or laugh, s/he becomes "it" and the previous middle person joins the circle. The person who is "it" is not allowed to touch other players but may make as many funny faces as s/he wishes.
have fun at your party
i hope i helped
