Check out the Beacon Street Girls website -- they have some dress up games but also contests, activities, puzzles, quizzes AND, if you sign up for the online club, you can post comments and get answers back from the Beacon Street Girls and other girls from around the world.
The dress up games are really adorable fashion design games -- choose the fabrics and do the styling too. I know they also have an interview with a fashion designer and lots of chat boards on fashion.
