Colorful Celery-get empty jars/cups and fill them with food coloring. She can dip them in. It's totally edible!
Since it's summer time you can go outside get some white paper, put paint on her feet (washable paint) and let her run around on the drive way. It'll evaporate afterward.
Get sand and water and she can make 'Mud Pies'.
Finger paint.
Get the sprinkler out, and you 2 can run through it.

Peek-a-boo, puppets, you can get books with different textures in them and look through them and feel the different textures. you can take her for walks in the stroller. you can play a sort of lower level hide %26amp; seek game, like have her watch you hide the ball under the pillow and ask "where's the ball?" and see if she realizes. this is especially good for her cognitive development. You can try to help her play with blocks, which is good for her motor skills.
