Tough age group but I would recommend active games.

If they are into doing creative stuff have them do challenge games of skill or solve a riddle but at 11 it needs to be pretty good. Maybe a video scavenger hunt.

I would recommend guitar rock band or guitar hero world tour both of them are really fun for boys and girls and their great party games. Actually any music type game is good for a party. but any thing else would be some mutiplayer mini games bundle for the wii (there are plenty of them)
